About Kindling Collaborative
Helping public health organizations navigate change, strengthen programs, and turn strategy into action.
Kindling Collaborative partners with public health agencies and mission-driven organizations to address complex strategic, organizational, and programmatic challenges -- from setting a new direction and strengthening existing programs to responding to changing resources, priorities, and implementation needs.
The practice brings together strategic thinking, public health expertise, facilitation, policy analysis, and practical implementation support. The goal is not to deliver recommendations from the outside, but to work alongside leaders, teams, and partners to develop solutions that fit their mission, context, and capacity.
What Guides the Work
Clarity in complexity. Complex challenges become more manageable when the right questions are asked, priorities are clear, and decisions are grounded in evidence and practical realities.
Collaboration that leads somewhere. Meaningful engagement is more than bringing people together. It should build understanding, support decisions, and create momentum toward action.
Strategy grounded in implementation. A strong plan has to work in the real world. Recommendations should account for resources, people, organizational constraints, and what it will actually take to move forward.
A long-term view. The strongest public health solutions strengthen programs and systems not only for the immediate challenge, but for what comes next.
